By accessing or using ScrimmageLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. ScrimmageLab is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions (Lab Pass) are billed on a recurring basis at the interval you select. You may cancel at any time — your access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: scraping data for commercial redistribution, attempting to reverse-engineer our models, or using the service to harass other users.

Disclaimer

ScrimmageLab provides analytics and projections for entertainment and informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any projection, ranking, or recommendation. Fantasy football involves inherent uncertainty, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScrimmageLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ScrimmageLab after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
