Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ScrimmageLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. ScrimmageLab is offered and sold by Chainlinks LLC.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. ScrimmageLab is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Subscriptions and Billing

Where checkout is offered, Monthly and Annual Lab Pass plans renew at their stated interval until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, access continues through that period, and unused time is not prorated. The six-month Season Pass is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars before applicable sales tax; tax is calculated and added at checkout.

Cancellation does not automatically refund a charge or create a right to a prorated refund. Refund requests are reviewed manually and are not guaranteed, except where required by law. Confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges will also be reviewed for correction. Send billing questions or refund requests to [email protected]. Stripe-paid access may be suspended while a payment is past due or after the associated payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: scraping data for commercial redistribution, attempting to reverse-engineer our models, or using the service to harass other users.

Disclaimer

ScrimmageLab provides analytics and projections for entertainment and informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any projection, ranking, or recommendation. Fantasy football involves inherent uncertainty, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScrimmageLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ScrimmageLab after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
