Position Scarcity Heatmap

Visual map of how scarce each position becomes round-by-round. Use it to know when you MUST grab your RB1 vs when you can wait on TE. Cells are colored by how many starter-tier players remain after each round — green = plenty, amber = thinning, red = replacement-level zone.

Bible Ch06 (ADP & Value Theory): tier-based drafting beats pure ADP because positional scarcity is non-linear. The gap between RB12 and RB24 is much bigger than between WR12 and WR24 — that's what this map exposes.
